The current season is boring. であっていますよ！
他にも次のような言い方もできます。
ーThis season isn't very interesting at all.
「今シーズンは全然面白くない」
boring の代わりに not interesting「おもしろくない」を使っても言えます。
ーThe series I'm watching now is quite dull.
「今見ているシリーズはかなりつまらない」
dull でも「つまらない・退屈な」という意味があります。

The current season is boringで合っていますね。
The current seasonの代わりにThe newest season（最新のシーズン）という表現もよく使われています。
Boringはつまらないと同じような意味ですが、英語で面白くない（not interesting）やよくない(not good)という表現もよく使います。例えばThe newest season isn’t very interestingやisn’t very goodと言います。
