12月にフィリピンへ行くのはやめておくって英語でなんて言うの？

12月は旅行する人が多いので、行くのをやめておくという事を伝えるシチュエーションです。I wouldn't go to the Philippines in December.でいいのでしょうか？

この場合、次のような言い方ができます。
ーI've decided not to go to the Philippines in December.
「12月にフィリピンに行くのはやめることにした」
to decide not to ...  で「…するのをやめる」

ーI'm going to pass on my trip to the Philippines in December.
「12月にフィリピンに行くのをやめておく」
to pass で「やめておく・遠慮しておく」

例：
A lot of people travel in the month of December, so I've decided no to go to the Philippines then.
「多くの人が12月に旅行をするので、その時にフィリピンに行くのはやめておくことにした」
