午前5時に着けるバスが無いから6時にしてほしいって英語でなんて言うの？

"There is no bus that would allow me to get to work at 5AM,"＝「5時に仕事に到着するバスは走っていません、」

"so it would be helpful if you could change the time to 6AM instead."＝「なので、6時に変更していただければ助かります。」

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーThere's no bus that will get me to work by 5 a.m. Could I start at six?
「仕事場に朝の5時に連れて行ってくれるバスがないので、6時からでも良いですか？」
to get someone to ... で「人を…に連れて行く」

ーI can't make it to work by 5 a.m. because there are no buses that run that early. I could start at 6 though.
「そんな早く運行しているバスがないので、朝の5時までに仕事場に間に合いません。6時からなら始められますが」
to make it で「間に合う」
to run で「電車やバスが運行する」
