上半分、下半分って英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のように言えますよ。

「この写真の上半分/下半分を見て」
top half / bottom half で「上半分/下半分」と言えます。

ーTake a look at the top part/ bottom part of this picture.
「この写真の上部/下部を見て」
top part/ bottom part を使っても言えます。
