ーI'm excited about studying English with everyone.
「みんなと英語を学べるのを楽しみにしています」
I'm excited about ~ing で「〜するのを楽しみにしている」

ーI'm happy to be here learning English with all of you.
「みんなと英語を学べて嬉しいです」
I'm happy to ~ で「〜して嬉しいです」
