"I'm looking forward to motherhood.", this sentence is the most specific and can only be said when having a baby.

For native speakers, it is common to use 'new chapter' or 'a new page' when referring to changes or new events that are happening in one's life. This is because we are comparing to life as a book. When you are finished with one part of your life, it is as if you are turning the page to start a new chapter, which brings many changes. Also, if you are talking to anyone in your family who will be directly affected by the new baby, then you can use 'our life' because you are referring to the one life of your family as a whole.
