この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーMy windshield is covered with dead bugs.
「車のフロントガラスが虫の死骸で覆われている」

ーThere are lots of bug guts stuck to the windshield of my car.
「車のフロントガラスにたくさんの虫の死骸がくっついている」

例：
