皆同じぐらいって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような答え方ができますよ。

ーI think everyone feels about the same.
「みんな同じように感じていると思う」
to feel about the same「同じように感じる」

ーI think they all have similar thoughts about it.
「彼らはみんなそれについて似たような考えを持っていると思う」
to have similar thoughts about ...「…について似た考えを持っている」
