冬までにって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーI'd like to lose 10 lbs by the winter.
「冬までに10パウンド痩せたい」
by the winter で「冬までに」と言えます。

ーI'd like to get a new winter coat before winter comes.
「冬が来る前に新しい冬のコートを買いたい」
before winter comes で「冬が来る前に」と言えます。
