猶予が与えられたって英語でなんて言うの？

"A reprieve was granted."
"a reprieve" 「猶予」"postponement" や "deferment" 、"extension" も使えます。
"as granted" 「与えられた」"was given" も言えます。

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーThe death row convict was granted three days reprieve before his execution.
「その死刑囚は3日間の死刑執行猶予が与えられた」
death row convict「死刑囚」
to be granted three days reprieve「3日の猶予が与えられる」
execution「処刑・死刑執行」

ーHis execution on death row was stayed for three days.
「彼の死刑執行は3日間延期した」
to stay には刑の執行を延期するという意味があります。
