guys I started working with at the same time で「職場の同期の男性」を表現できます。

のように表現しても良いかなと思いました(*^^*)
同級生や同期生は、必ずしも同じ年齢ではないのてすが、ちゃんと説明すると、英語ではやたら長くなってしまうので、
単純化してシンプルにまとめたいなら、
people of my ageとしても良いかなと思いました。
