この場合、次のような聞き方ができますよ。

ーWhat's the name of the store you want to go to?
「行きたい店の名前はなんですか？」
the name of the store で「店の名前」

ーCould you tell me the name of the place you want to get to?
「行きたい場所の名前を教えてもらえますか？」
the name of the place you want to get to で「あなたが行きたい場所の名前」
