前を見るって英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーThe fog is so dense, I can't see what's in front of me.
「霧がすごく濃くて、前が見えない」
I can't see what's in front of me.「私の前に何があるか見えない」を使って言うことができます。

ーThe fog is so heavy, I can't see a thing out there.
「霧がひどくて、何も見えない」
例えば車を運転していて、I can't see a thing out there.「外が何一つとして見えない」 と言うと、前はもちろん運転席からの視界の範囲全てを指します。
