「明日晴れる？」
B: (It) Should be.
「そのはず」

A: Is it still cold there in April?
「4月はまだ寒い？」
B: (It) Can be / Could be.
「寒くなる場合がある」
can be のほうが could be より可能性が高いです。

A: Is the test going to be hard?
「テスト難しいかな？」
B: (It) Could be.
「たぶんね」
はっきり断定できないけど、そうかもと言う時に使えます。
