3人並び席でお願いします。って英語でなんて言うの？

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。

ーWe'll be travelling with our young daughter, so it would be nice to have three seats next to a window.
「小さい娘と移動するので、窓際の３席だと良いのですが」
窓側の３席は three seats next to a window のように言えます。

ーIt might be better if you could put us on either side of the airplane, not the middle.
「真ん中ではなく飛行機の両サイドどちらかに座らせてもらえると良いのですが」
窓側３席、真ん中４席、反対側の窓側３席、というタイプの飛行機なら、このような言い方もできます。
