客：『はい、それでは、ステーキとサーモンをお願いします。』
Server: "Great choices. I'll take the menu. Thank you. Your order will be out shortly.
店員：『素晴らしい選択です。それでは[メニュー](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/88030/)をお下げします。まもなくご注文の品をお持ちいたします。』
というように、I will take the menu. というとよいでしょう！

ーI'll take your menus if you're done with them.
「もう必要なければメニューをお下げしますね」
ーAre you finished with your menus?
「もうメニューは見終わりましたか？」
ーI'll clear your menus from the table.
