アメリカでは、コップになみなみと氷が入ったグラスが運ばれてきます。
私も冷たいのが苦手なので、いつも氷抜きのお水をお願いしていますよ。

・・・ですが、きちんと伝えても、氷が山盛り入ったグラスが運ばれてくることが多いので、
「Without ICE」(氷抜きで)
「I don't want have ICE」(私は氷はいらない)
というのをしっかり伝えたほうがいいですよ！
１～３の共通は「誰かに何かをお願いする際」は please を付けるという事です。 これは子供の頃からしつけとして親から教わるようなことですので、是非とも慣れて下さいね。
さて、説明ですが
１番目の water from the tap / tap water というのは「蛇口から出る水」という意味ですので蛇口から飲める水が出てくる国で使える言葉になります。
２番目は「ぬるくもなく・冷たくもなく」本当に常温水です。 だいたい、蛇口から出る水または飲み水をボトルか何かに入れて室内温度になった状態の水の事をいいます。
３番目は、蛇口から飲めない水が提供される国（基本的には水をペットボトルで買わないといけない国）の時に使う表現です。
「常温水」が危険なのは、提供している店（レストラン）の水を管理している常温が高い場合は「ぬるま湯」的なものが出てくる可能性があります。 更に「常温」なのでカビなどの危険性も否定できません。 「日本のような衛生は期待しない、特に水は」と基本的に思われた方がいいと思います。

Tap water is normally cold but not freezing. If we ask for just a tap water, it would already imply we don't want ice. However, if you ask for a tap water, they may ask you if you would like ice just to be polite. So sometimes if you want to avoid this, just say 'water with no ice, please'.
"tap water" は普通「cold（冷たい）」ですが、「freezing（ものすごく冷たい）」ではありません。
"tap water" をお願いすればそれだけで「氷は要らない」というニュアンスになります。ただ礼儀として、氷を入れるかどうかの確認をされるかもしれません。それが嫌なら、"Water with no ice, please" と言いましょう。
*May I please have a glass of water, no ice. - May and can, these verbs can be confusing at times. May means it's possible and Can means you ain't sure if it's possible.

Can I sit in this area or it's reserved?
*Just a glass of water without ice please.-The word please at the end of a sentence can be used to emphasise something. In this case the emphasis is on not putting ice in water.

Mayとcanのような助動詞は時に分かりにくいです。Mayは可能であるという意味で、canは可能かどうか分からないということです。

氷無しで水を1杯お願いします
文の最後のpleaseという語は物事を強調するために使われます。この場合は、氷を水に入れないことを強調しています。
Room temperature is average, not hot or cold.
If you would like to have water at this temperature make sure to tell the waiter or waitress not to add ice in your water.
Tap water is usually at room temperature, if the tap water is clean, you can ask for it in a glass.
Tepid: slightly warm, lukewarm
