写真画像を修正したり加工することをphoto editingとかpost-processingなどと言います。
また、写真はphotography, photos, images（画像）などです。
これらを組み合わせて文章を作ります。
「You're good at editing photographs（あなたは写真の編集に長けています）」や、「You're good at post-processing images（あなたは画像の加工に長けています）」などのフレーズが考えられます。
「〜ing」の動詞形を使って、「be good at 〜ing」で「〜が上手である」を表現するとより自然な英語表現になります。
You're good at editing photographs. 「写真を編集するのが上手だね。」
You're good at post-processing images. 「画像を加工するのが上手だね。」
→"be good at 〜ing"で「〜が得意、上手」という意味です。頻出表現なので覚えてください。
You edit photos like a pro! 「プロみたいに写真編集するね。」
→プロみたいに上手だね、という気持ちがこもってます。

To be handy at something = good at doing or making things with your hands or, handy with....:
He’s very handy with a paintbrush (=good at painting).
To be a whizz at something = If you are a whizz at something, you are very good at it.

To be a dab hand at something = a person who is particularly skilled at something; expert.: "John's a a dab hand at chess."
To be handy at something =何かが得意な、主に手を使って何かを作ったりすること、扱いが得意だ

To be a whizz at something = すごく得意、上手だ

to know one's stuff = to be adept at doing something ;to be skilled at performing a specific task that is not usually easy to do.
"My friend is the go-to person for photo-editing"
go-to person = this means that you are the person to "go to"or speak to when there is a challenging task.It could also mean that you are an expert in a particular area.
"My friend really knows his stuff when it comes to editing photos."

to know one's stuff = 何かをすることがうまいこと。難しい技術が求められることをすること。

私の友人は写真編集に関してとても頼りになります。
go-to person = 難しい仕事があるとき駈け寄られる（go to）、声がかかるという意味です。ある特定のことに精通しているという意味もあります。
Photoshop is a computer program usually used to edit photographs, then you can say "my friend is great at (using) Photoshop". But if he uses other application and not Photoshop, then you can say:
-My friend is a skilled photo editor.
-My friend is good at editing photographs.

We can either use the gerund phrase with, "editing photos," or we can use more of an official title of someone who is good at this with, "photo editor."
In addition we can also use the phrase, "pro," to explain that this person is practically a professional at this skill.
