「どの辺」ということを聞く場合は、「どこ」を指します。

アメリカでは「どこ」と指定して聞いても「あの辺」というふうに答えられてしまうことのほうが多いのですけれどね。

In order to check where your seat is, perhaps from a clerk in the cinema, you can say:
Which one is my seat?
The 'one' in this sense is the seat. As in which seat is yours.
Where is my seat? / Can you help me find my seat? (This is more formal)
This would let the clerk show you where the seat is or in which direction you can find it.

To find out where your seat is in a movie theater, your best bet is to ask an usher or those that are already seated. The noun 'usher' means someone who shows people to their seats in a cinema or in a theater. Other than you asking the usher to show you to your seat or asking the people who are already seated, you must carry a torch to see the labels on the first chairs of the rows.
So, you may say:
Please show me where seat number C 7 as indicated on my ticket is.
or
Will you please show me where seat number C 7 as shown on my ticket is?

この名詞'usher'（案内係）とは映画館や劇場などで席などを案内する人の事を意味します。
それ以外にあなたの席を探す方法は懐中電灯を持って端っこの席についているラベルをもとに探すしかありません。

An informal way of asking the clerk where your seat is is 'where is my seat please?' if you want to more formal then you can ask 'can you tell me where my seat is?' then you would know where it will be in the theatre if you want to know the location then you could ask 'Could you tell me where tofind my seat?'
Where is my seat please?'（私の席はどこですか）は、店員に自分の席がどこにあるか尋ねるインフォーマルな言い方です。
もっとフォーマルに言いたいなら、次のように聞けます。
