お店が混んでいる時などは、厨房がてんてこ舞いになっている可能性もあるのでなかなか聞きづらいですが、実際注文が漏れるということはよくあることで、どこかで確認しないととんでもないことになる場合がありますね。
こういう場合よく耳にする表現を補足してみます。（私もよく使います）
そういう時は
Where's my order?（私の注文はまだですか？）
というと不安と多少のイラつきも一緒に伝わっていいかも知れません。
Where という単語が、直訳的には変というか、不躾な感じに思いがちですが常套句ですので問題ありません。
少し物腰を柔らかくしたければ
Excuse me, but I'm wondering where my order is now.
（すみませんが、私の注文はまだですか？）
などで緩和されるはずです。

follow upには、「人についていく」「追跡する」という意味があり、この場合に、「(自分の注文を)確認する」という意味になります。
Can you follow up my order? I am waiting an hour already.
私の注文を確認してきてもらえませんか？もう1時間も待ってるんです。

Has my order gone through? のように英語で表現することができます。
go through は「通る」というニュアンスの英語表現です。
例：
Excuse me, my order isn't here yet. Has it gone through?
すみません、注文したものがまだ来ていません。私の注文通っていますか？

This means you want to know if your order is ready, if not you would like to know how long it takes before it ready.

If you have your food slip in hand, you can check your order number and use it as a reference for sentence number two.
