打ち合わせの場面で、「お茶お注ぎしましょうか？」を聞きたいなら、英語で：
Shall I pour your some tea?
(お茶お注ぎしましょうか？)
Would you like some tea?
(お茶はいががですか？）
で言います。
けれども、お客様が一杯飲んで、「もう一杯飲まれますか？」を聞きたいなら「more」という言葉だけを入れます。
Shall I pour you some more tea?
Would you like some more tea?
これは適切な聞き方です。
Would you like me to add some more tea in your cup?
Would you like another cup of tea?
かなり礼儀正しくなりますが、お客様や目上の方になら、Would you like me to や May I, Shall I を使ってオファーをしてみるのもいいと思いますよ。
pour は動作的に「注ぐ」を意味しますが、お代わり的に使いたのであれば、add もいいと思います。
もう一杯、で another cup of tea/coffee という表現もアリですよ。
You can use the above sentence to ask if they would like some more tea.
Remember instead of saying "the tea was finished" you can say "finished drinking tea".
上記の表現を使って、お茶がもっといるかどうか尋ねることが出来ます。
「the tea was finished」と言うのではなく「finished drinking tea」と言う事を覚えておきましょう。

When it comes to tea, we all like a second cup...(at least in the UK) We could use one of these handy common usage phrases:-D
"I can see that you are out of tea...would you like a refill ? (a top up)"

The first example uses the verb, "shall," to express the question of if the person wants more tea or not. We can also change the verb to, "offer," which is a way to show that we want to give them more if they are interested. Lastly we can change the subject to, "you," to ask if this is something they would like more of.
A) Would you like some more tea?
*Some -an unspecified amount or number of.
Example-"I made some money running errands"
*More -a greater or additional amount or degree.
Example -"some more people arrived"
B) Shall i pour you more tea?
*Shall -(in the first person) expressing the future tense.
Example -"this time next week I shall be in Scotland"
*Pour -flow rapidly in a steady stream.
Example -"water poured off the roof"
