適切な言い回しが思いつきませんって英語でなんて言うの？

「言い回し」は expression と言えます。「単語」なら word で OK です。

例：
I can't think of the right expression.
適切な言い回しが思いつきません。

I can't think of the right word.
適切な単語が思いつきません。

I can't think of 〜 で「〜が思い付かない」という意味の表現です。

例：
A: What's your favorite movie?
一番好きな映画は何？
B: Uh... I can't think of anything in particular.
う〜ん…特に何も思い付かない。

は「英語で何て言えばよいか分かりません」
という意味です。

I have no idea の代わりにI don't knowでも
大丈夫です。

あとは
What shall I say in English?と
言っても良いですし、
well, Let me see(え～っと）という
filler(つなぎ言葉）を使って間をかせいでも
良いと思います。

思いつきません は I can't think of と言いますが、このような場合 I don't know も言えます。思いつく のようなニュアンスがあります。

例文：どんな英単語を使ったらよいのかわからなくなってしまって、
I don't know the best words to use in English,
どうしようもない時、空白の時間を作りたくない。
but I don't want there to be a pause while I'm trying to think of something.
