You could simply say "My friend is an amazing singer". When something is amazing it means that it causes wonder in people who witness it.
If you say "She sings like a professional" it would mean she sings like a pop-star but is not herself in the profession of singing.
To be talented means you are naturally very good at something so you could say "She is a very talented singer."
