英語での言い方がとても簡単です。
〜から[始めたい](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/36657/)をそのまま「I'd like to start from」にしても問題ありません。
特定なセクションやページから言いたいなら、
I'd like to start from page ~
I'd like to start from section ~
と言います。
I'd like toは一般的な頼み方です、他の言い方が沢山あります。
I want to ~
Can we ~ ?
Is it ok if we ~ ?
好きな頼み方を使ってください。

上記のような言い方ができます。
例：
Since we finished up to Practice 2 last time, I want to start today's lesson from Practice 3.
前回Practice2まで終わったので、今日のレッスンはPractice3から始めたい。

The instruction are very specific and the teacher will be able to know exactly what you want. The use of "please" is a polite way of asking

とても具体的なフレーズなので講師はあなたが何を求めているのかすぐわかります。 "please" を使うことによって丁寧になります。
You can open the question with please as this shows a good level of respect to the person you are talking to. Then you can ask to start or begin with (insert title of lesson). The beginning and start are both words to describe the first part of something.
Today, I would like to skip Exercise 1 and start from Exercise 2.
Shall we skip Exercises 1 and 2 and start from Exercise 3 please?
The verb to 'skip' has been used in the first statement to mean 'jump over' or 'leave out'. In this case, you would like to 'jump over' Exercise 1 and start from Exercise 2 probably because you did it the previous day. In the second line, you have actually requested the teacher if you can 'skip' exercises 1 and 2 and start from Exercise 3 by using the future tense verb 'shall'.
So, you may say:
Today, I would like to skip Exercise 1 and start from Exercise 2.
or
Shall we skip Exercises 1 and 2 and start from Exercise 3 please?
Let's start from section B. / Can we start from the (second) paragraph?
question / section / paragraph
question / section / paragraph - depending on where you want to start; you can use any of these words
e.g. Let's start from the first paragraph.
e.g. Can we start from the first section two?
e.g. How about starting from question 3?
Can we pick up where we left off from? - "where we left off from" means the point we left something at; in this case, the point we stopped at the last time when we were doing the passage/activity

I have completed as far as Practice 3 already, so let's start there.
Could we continue where we left off?
It is important to continue 'where you left off' which means, from the point where you finished before. You may either use example sentence 3 to say that, or, specify exactly where you would like to start the lesson, as with example sentences one and two..
「where we left off（前回終わったところ）」から始めることが大切です。
例文3のように言ってもいいですし、例文1・2のようにレッスンをどこから始めたいのか、具体的に言ってもいいです。
