国際交流協会って英語でなんて言うの？

「国際交流」というのは　International Exchangeと表現します。 「協会」というのは、Association　か　Organization　とどちらでも表現できます。

国際交流協会は "International Exchange Association"と言います。 自治体主催であることを伝えたいのなら、municipal （自治体の）を頭につけると良いでしょう。 I'm going to attend the international exchange party held by International Exchange Association. 国際交流協会が開催している国際交流パーティーに参加する。 held by ~ 「～が主催・開催している」 外国人にはあまり国際交流協会は馴染みがないかもしれません。日本は小さな 市町村でも在住外国人をサポートする部署がありますね。 国際交流協会をしらない人でも International Exchange Associationと言えば どんなことをしているところか単語でだいたい想像がつくはずです。

「国際交流協会」は簡単に翻訳しますと「International Exchange Association」になりますが、ある都市（例えば武蔵野市）は「International Association」だけでもOKです。 「自治体主催の国際交流協会に所属しています。」 →　I belong to an international exchange association run by the local government. 「協会主催の国際交流パーティに参加します。」 →　I will attend an international party organised by the association. ※パーティーやイベントの場合、「主催」は「organised by」あるいは「held by」として翻訳したほうが良いです。

国際：international 交流：exchange 協会：association 上の翻訳のそのままで、国際交流協会はinternational exchange associationになります。 自治体：local government 主催：sponsored by... 自治体主催：sponsored by the local government. 例：協会主催の国際交流パーティに参加します。I will participate in the international exchange party sponsored by the local government. ご参考にしていただければ幸いです。
