★ 英訳例（1）
「○歳から現在までピアノを続けている」という意味です。
現在もピアノを弾いているときに使います。
since は「…以来ずっと」という意味です。「完了時制」でよく使われます。
★ 英訳例（2）
「○歳の時にピアノを始めた」という意味です。
現在も弾いているとき、現在は弾いていないとき、どちらにも使えます。
when I was ... で「○歳のとき」と言えます。

All of these prepositions are fine, but must fit the tense that is being used. If you use 'since' you need to be using a perfect form. For example:
"I've had piano lessons since the age of 6."
"I had been taking piano lessons since the age of 6."
It depends also if you are still continuing your tuition at the present time - or not.
"I had piano lessons from the age of 6." (No longer having lessons)
"I've had piano lessons since the age of 6." (Still having lessons)
それらの前置詞は全て大丈夫ですが、時制に合わせて使う必要があります。
'since'を使うのであれば完了形を使わなければいけません。

"I've had piano lessons since the age of 6."

またあなたのピアノレッスンを現在まで続けているか、もしくは続けていないかにもよります。

"I've had piano lessons since the age of 6." (まだレッスンを受け続けている)
（6歳からピアノのレッスンを受けています）
at the age of X「X歳に」で、過去のある時点を表します。もちろん過去のある時点ですので、時制の幅もないため、単純過去形で英作します。
動詞の後の、to doとdoingの違いにも注意してください。to doはやはり「その場の特定された行為や、未体験すなわち未来」について述べる場合に使われることが多く、一方、doingは「一般論、進行中、そして過去」について述べる際に使われるという違いがあります。
I have been learning the piano since I was 8 years old.
I have practiced the piano from the age of 5.
I had started learning the piano at seven.
"Since" is used to state a time period starting from a certain point. "At" can be used for a specific time or age. "From" is used when talking about when something started at a certain time.
All are a good way of explaining how long you have been playing the piano
If you are stating a time from when you played it then "I have been playing the piano since the age of....." or " i have been playing the piano from the age of........" these would describe exactly how long and from what age you have been playing

この場合、SinceもFromも同じように「何歳からピアノを始めたのか」「ピアノを始めてからどれくらの年数が経っているのか」について説明するときに用いられます。

I've been playing the piano since I was (age) old.
At the age of (age), I started playing the piano.
You can use any of these: from, since, and at, depending how the sentence is worded.
Example: From the age of 5, I started learning how to play the piano. (This sentence gives the notion that you are still playing.)
Example: At the age of 5, I started learning how to play the piano. (This sentence explains when you started but does not indicate whether you still play or not.)
Example: Since the age of 5, I started learning how to play the piano. (This sentence indicates when you started playing and may still be playing now.)
文脈にも寄りますが、from, since, atのどれでも使えます。
例：From the age of 5, I started learning how to play the piano.
（5歳からピアノを習い始めました。）
今も未だピアノを続けているというニュアンスがあります・
例：At the age of 5, I started learning how to play the piano.
（5歳の時にピアノを習い始めました。）
何歳でピアノを始めたかについて説明していますが、今もピアノを続けているかどうかまではわかりません。
例：Since the age of 5, I started learning how to play the piano.
（5歳の時からピアノを習い始めました。）
5歳でピアノを始め、今もピアノを続けているかもしれないというニュアンスがあります。
