どちらもカジュアルな場面でよく使われる表現です。
受講生の方からgo toとgo forの違いをよく質問されます。
■ go toの使い方
go to 〜は「〜に向かって[行く](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/75832/)」という意味があります。
go to the park, go to the station, go to shop
のように〜の部分には目的地が入る事が多いです。
■ go forの使い方
go for 〜は「〜を[目的](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/31175/)として行く」という意味があります。
go for a medicine
「薬を買いに行く」
というように訳す事が出来ます。
なので、今回の
Why don't we go for a drink.
を訳すと「1杯[飲みに行こう](https://eikaiwa.dmm.com/uknow/questions/50840/)よ」
という感じで使う事ができます。
他にも、カジュアルでシンプルな言い方はたくさんあります：
Do you want to get a drink?
Do you want to go for a drink?
Let's get a drink.

どちらともとてもカジュアルな誘い文句です。
「Booze」はお酒を意味するスラングでよく使われます。
友達同士でよく使われるのが「pregame」と言うコンセプトで、遊びに行く前に軽く飲む事です。使い方としては「Do you want to pregame at my place?」(僕/私の家で軽く飲んでから行く？)です。あくまでその後の予定がメインなので軽く、と言うところがポイントです。
In order to convey casualness in situations like these, make sure to pay attention to your tone of voice. The question "how about a drink" is very effective because the listener doesn't feel pressured to accept the invitation. In American English, The word hey can be used among friends to capture their attention. The listener's anticipation rises. Afterward the invitation could be extended: would you like to get a drink with me?

In the first sentence, you have asked: Would you care for a drink? This question actually means: Would you be willing to come drinking tonight? It is an informal invitation.
In the second sentence, you have used 'shall we?'. This is a modal verb used as a question indicating an offer or a suggestion in this context. It is used by the first person. 'I and we'. You may say I shall be there or we shall go. I shall come for a drink. The second and third persons, (you, he, she, it, they) use 'will' instead: he will go, she will go, you will go, they will come.
In the third sentence you have used the noun 'booze' which means 'alcoholic drink' instead of drink.

実際のこの質問の意図は

2番目の文では、'shall we?'（～しませんか？）を使いました。

1. This is an invitation to go somewhere eg a pub, for a drink.
2. This is an invitation to someone's home for a drink.
3. This is moving to another location for a drink.
Fancy a beer?' or 'Fancy a drink?' - is a very casual way of asking someone to go for a drink. I would often say this when asking a friend if they would like to go for a drink.
Would you like to go for a drink? - is slightly more formal. However it can be used in a formal or informal setting.
In Ireland just saying 'Beer?' also works. :)

すごくカジュアルに飲みに誘う言い方です。個人的には友達をお酒に誘う時によく使います。
「Would you like to go for a drink?（一杯どうですか）」
こちらの方が若干フォーマルですが、これもフォーマル・インフォーマルどちらでも使えます。
アイルランドでは「Beer?」だけでもオッケー。:)
