Get with the times! (You sound like a caveman.)と言ったら、「（そんな昔の人みたいなこと言ってないで、）時代についてきて」という意味です。
三番目は「我々の会社も競争を勝ち抜いていくために、時代とともに進化しなくてはいけない」。
