直訳すると2番目の文章になりますが、必要以上に堅苦しいので、「この喫茶店は火曜日には閉まっている」という最初の文章の方が一般的かと思います。「毎週火曜日」は「every Tuesday」ではなく、複数形にして「Tuesdays」とするのがポイントです。お役に立てれば幸いです。
「ここの喫茶店は毎週火曜日が定休日です」はこのようにも言うことができます：
