How dare you と言います。dareは思い切ってすると言う意味なので、
How dare you で、まあ、ひどく思い切ったんだね、呆れるよと言うことなんですが、かなり強い皮肉です。
「貸せという」のは直訳だと You say lend you my clothes? となりますが、どうも迫力がなくなります。ここは
You ask me to lend my clothes？
(俺の服を借りたい？）
You are asking for my clothes？
（ 俺の服を出せって言うの？）
そして、
You are a stranger to me.
（俺にとってお前は他人だ）
あるいは、
You are nothing to me.
（お前は（家族でも友人でも）何でもない）
を組み合わせて、
How dare you to ask me to lend you my clothes, when you are nothing to me!
(お前は何でもないのに、俺の服を貸してくれって頼むって、ずいぶん厚かましいな。 ）
