短文は英語で short sentenceですが、この場合複数なのでsentencesになります。
１つは1 sentenceです。
また、それらを一つに「まとめる／一緒にする」はput together intoと言います。
具体的に分けると、put togetherは「一緒に」、 intoは「の中に」となります。
