私も近視で、メガネかコンタクトレンズがないとよく見えないんですが、

「はっきり見えない」I can't see it clearly.

「ほとんど見えない」I can barely see it.

など、よく使います。

blurry「ぼやけた」という単語を使って表現できます。
「このぐらいの距離で」はaround this distanceやat this distanceとなります。

blurryを使わない場合は、単純にhard to seeというフレーズでも十分通じますよ。
Your face is hard to see from about this distance.
「このぐらいの距離からあなたの顔が見えにくい」

この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
