階段を上って直ぐ正面に自動ドアが有るのでそこから建物の中に入れます。って英語でなんて言うの？

go upstairsで「階段に上る」「階上に行く」
その逆はgo downstairsです。
○○にXXがあります、と道順などを説明する時は、there is/are ではなく、you'll see XX（XXが見えます）という表現を使うほうが自然です。

Go along the street and you'll see Starbucks on your right.
ここをまっすぐ行くと右手にスタバがありますよ。

then you can ～で「そこで、そこから～できます」
そこで建物に入ることができますよ、という意味になります。

If you go upstairs, you will see automatic doors into the building right in front of you.
「階段を上ると、目の前にビルに入れる自動ドアが見えます」という順番にしてみました。

階段を上る＝go upstairs
自動ドア＝automatic doors
真正面に＝right in front
