その逆はgo downstairsです。
○○にXXがあります、と道順などを説明する時は、there is/are ではなく、you'll see XX（XXが見えます）という表現を使うほうが自然です。

then you can ～で「そこで、そこから～できます」
そこで建物に入ることができますよ、という意味になります。
