教育ママ は、確かに tiger mother/mom という言い方もありますが
書籍から生まれた、アメリカの流行語ですので、
一般的にはeducation-minded mother （あるいはeducation-minded mom)
というと、アメリカ人以外、あるいはアメリカ人でも、流行語には疎い方にも伝わるでしょう。
このような-minded（～に関心がある・熱中する） という言葉はいろいろあり、たとえば
a commercially-minded person (商魂たくましい人）
a safety-minded company (安全に気を配る会社）
He is war-minded. (彼は好戦的だ）
My husband is a mechanical-minded person. （私の夫は機械いじりが好きな人です）
