「歩き疲れる」は、be tired from walking (that much) ですが、自分が実際疲れるわけじゃない…
そこで、would を使います。
I would be tired from walking (that much).
私だったら歩き疲れるだろう
と仮定の意味が加わります。
おなじく、would を使って、
my legs would be tired/exhausted/dead
私の足は疲れるだろう
ということもできます。
参考になればうれしいです。
If I were to go to ten different places of worship, I think I would be very tired from all that walking.
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーIf I were to go to ten different places of worship, I think I would be very tired from all that walking.
「10社も行ったら、歩き疲れてしまうよ」
10の社は ten different places of worship のように言えます。
