If there is still time left, please move on to the next chapter.
If we still have time left, can I move on to the next chapter?
◎If there is still time left➜
◎please move on to the next chapter➜次のチャプターに進んで下さい。
◎If we still have time left➜
◎can I move on to the next chapter➔次のチャプターに進んでもいいですか?
If you still have time leftという言い方になります。

If we have time left can we go onto the next chapter please?
If we still have some time can we do the next chapter as well please?
If you are unsure if there will be time left then you can say 'if we have time left' or 'if we still have time' if asking someone a question then it is polite to add please
'if we have time left'(もし時間が余ったら)
または、
'if we still have time'(もし時間が余ったら)
If we have time, can we move onto the next chapter?
This question can be asked either way around, with the question "can we go on to the next chapter" and the condition "if we have time" being either way around. You could replace 'can' with 'could' or 'may' to be more polite. You could also swap "go onto the next chapter with "move onto the next chapter", both are polite!
"go onto the next chapter"(次のチャプターに進む)を "move onto the next chapter" に置き変えることもできます、どちらも丁寧です。
Could we proceed onto the following chapter if time permits?
Let's continue to the next chapter if we have time
You are making amazing progress and working your way methodically through the material. You are spending a lot of time doing self study and also like to go very quickly through the material during your lesson. You want to achieve as much as possible every lesson!
"Could we proceed onto the following chapter if time permits?"
"Sure thing!"
"Could we proceed onto the following chapter if time permits?"
"Sure thing!"
If there is time, can we go to the next chapter, please?
I would like to do the next chapter, if we have time.
If there is time, can we go to the next chapter, please?- This is a good way of asking your teacher that you would like to do the next chapter, only if there is enough time, at the end of the lesson. 'If there is time'- is referring to the end of the lesson.
I would like to do the next chapter, if we have time.- rather than asking a question, you could simply say what you would like (your wish), 'if there is time' or 'if we have time'. Both are correct.
If there is time, can we go to the next chapter, please?
'If there is time'
I would like to do the next chapter, if we have time.
'if there is time'又は 'if we have time'は、どちらも正しいです。
If there is still time left can we look at the next chapter please?
Can we study the next chapter if we have time leftover please?
These two examples are perfect ways to ask your teacher to move on to the next material if there is still time in the lesson. Also adding 'please' makes it sound more polite.
