「既存社員は積極的に新入社員とコミュニケーションをとりましょう。」と言うような際に、既存社員のことをどんな単語で言えば良いでしょうか？
新入社員は大学卒業の新卒社員もいれば他の会社から転職の中途社員もおりますがゆえに、中途社員の場合には、既存社員よりも年上の者もおります。したがって、先輩社員、という意味ではなく、既にいる社員＝既存社員、という言葉を教えていただきたいと思います。

Employees that are already working in a company are called 'existing employees'.
They can also be called current employees.
Those have been recently recruited are called - .'new employees' or 'new recruits'
