「クリックする」は英語でそのままclickといいます。
２パターンの表現を紹介しますのでそれぞれチェックしましょう！
英訳①
over and over「何度も」、respond「反応する」を使い、
「何度もクリックしたけど反応しなかった」という意味に。
英訳②
keep ...ing「～し続ける」、nothing happened「何も起こらなかった」を使い、
「クリックし続けたけど何も起こらなかった」という意味に。
have + 過去分詞の現在完了形を用いて、
I've clicked it a lot of times but nothing has happened.
のように表現することもできますよ。
I've been clicking on the reservation button many times, but it's not responding.
I've been clicking on the reservation button many times,
「予約ボタンを何度も押し続けている」
but it's not responding.
「でも反応してくれない」
現在その予約作業をしているが反応していないという状況を想定して、進行形を使って表現してみました。
「何度も予約ボタンを押しているんですが、全然反応してくれないんです」
今困っている様子を表すことができます。
なお、コンピューターに問題がある場合などには、
the computer is not answering
「コンピューターが反応していません」
のようにanswerという単語を使うこともあります。

予約とはreservation, booking と言います。

反応はresponse, replyなど と言います。この場合はworkで大丈夫です。

to go through - this means that something was successfully delivered or sent
I'm clicking, and I'm clicking - one way to say that you are doing something repeatedly is to repeat what you're doing twice... even if you did it more than twice, the listener will understand this to mean multiple times
e.g. I'm running, and I'm running, but I'm not getting anywhere.
to go through - これは何かの配達や送付がうまくいったことを意味します。
I'm clicking, and I'm clicking - 何かを繰り返し行ったことを表す一つの方法は、行ったことを2回繰り返すして表現することです。2回よりも多く行ったとしても、聞き手はこれを複数回行ったという意味として理解するでしょう。

I'm running, and I'm running, but I'm not getting anywhere.（走って走り続けているけれど、どこにも辿りつかない）

The word "malfunctioned" means to fail to function or to stop working. If the reservation button

The word "respond" means to react to something. This means that the reservation button is not
working,

"malfunctioned"という単語は、機能しないこと、動作しなくなることを意味します。the reservation button
has malfunctioned（予約ボタンが機能しなかった）というのは、レッスンを予約できなかったことを意味します。
2. The reservation button is not responding to my clicks.
（予約ボタンがクリックに反応しません）
"respond"という単語は、何かに反応することを意味しています。これは予約ボタンが動作していないという意味です。

I was clicking on the reserve button for a lesson but the website froze.
When you're trying to explain that the website was unresponsive while trying to reserve a lesson, you can say:
-I was trying to reserve lesson but the website wasn't responding.
-I was clicking on the reserve button for a lesson but the website froze.
レッスンを予約しようとしているときに、ウェブサイトが反応しなくなったことを、以下のように言うことができます。

I kept clicking but it won't let me reserve a class.
We can talk about the site not, "letting me make a reservation," or we can change perspective to ourselves by saying, "I can't make a reservation." We can also use the phrase, "it won't let me reserve a class," to mean the same thing.
