  • I don't want to go to school.

I don't want to go to school. I don't feel like it. Because it's boring. I just don't want to...

  • Days when I don't want to go to school.

Hey there Shuka! ケーキを食べたい = I want to eat cake 従って、「〜したくない」は「don't want to〜」と言います。 ケーキを食べたくない = I don't want to eat cake. I don't want to go to school. Because there have been a lot of days where I don't want to go to school recently.

  • I don't feel like going to school these days.

  • I'm not feeling school at the moment.

  • School is not my thing at the moment.

To express your recent dislike for school, you can say: I don't feel like going to school these days. I don't feel like - I don't enjoy, I don't want to These days - In recent times, over the past few days, recently. You can also say this informal expression: I'm not feeling school at the moment. 'Not feeling' something means to not like something or not to enjoy it anymore. School is not my thing at the moment. 'Not my thing' means it is not my favourite activity at the moment. It is something I dislike. At the moment - Currently, I hope that helps!
I don't feel like going to school these days. I'm not feeling school at the moment. not feeling 〜は、〜が好きではなくなった、〜を楽しまなくなった、という意味です。 School is not my thing at the moment. not my thing

  • I hate school!

  • I have developed a very strong aversion to school

Children are not usually very refined or diplomatic when describing extreme feelings of dislike. Especially if your child is a teenager, they may not be reserved in their language when explaining to you: "I hate school!" However, it is possible that a more relaxed type of child, having assessed his changing impression of school life, may quietly mention: "I have developed a very strong aversion to school."
"I hate school!" "I have developed a very strong aversion to school."

  • I have a problem I need your support with

  • I cant face going to school at the moment and I need a break from it.

  • I'm feeling depressed about going to school

You can start by identifying the fact you have a problem that needs to be resolved and that requires your parents help. Then tell them why you dont want to go to school and tell them what happens to you at school to make you dislike it Finally tell them that you are sure you will be fine in the long term and that you just need a little break now. You could say something like this - I have a problem I need your support with. I just cant face going to school at the moment. When I am at school I feel (depressed, distressed, lonely, bullied, worried, not interested in anything) I think it would help if i took a few days off so I can get things in perspective.
I have a problem I need your support with. I just cant face going to school at the moment. When I am at school I feel (depressed, distressed, lonely, bullied, worried, not interested in anything) I think it would help if i took a few days off so I can get things in perspective.

  • I really don't want to go to school these days

  • I really don't want to go to school today

  • I really don't want to go to school

To say that you 'really' don't want or do want something, is to add extra emphasis to it's meaning. It is like saying 'very'. For example: "I really want to eat something sweet" "I really don't want to wake up yet" "I really want to go to school" "I really don't want to go to school" By adding on the end 'today' you are explaining that you don't want to go to school on that same day. By adding on 'these days' you are explaining that you have been feeling like this on several days recently.
"I really want to eat something sweet" すごく甘いものが食べたい。 "I really don't want to wake up yet" まだ全然起きたくない。 "I really want to go to school" すごく学校に行きたい。 "I really don't want to go to school" 全然学校に行きたくない。

  • School does not seem like it is in the cards for me anymore.

We use "in the cards" as an expression when we want to say that something doesn't seem to be in the future for us. With this sentence, you are telling your family that you do not see yourself attending school any longer. You could add why you do not want to go to school anymore as well. For example: " School does not seem like it is in the cards for me anymore. It doesn't teach me anything."

  • I don't want to go to school today

  • I don't feel like going to school

When we were children, we never wanted to go to school. We found it boring and not useful. Maybe we had a very strict teacher, there are many reasons. Our parents always told us that we had to go because if not, we would amount to nothing. These two sentences are a way of telling someone that we don't want to go to school without any angry comments

  • I don't want to go to school.

  • I don't want to go to school anymore.

  • I feel like I am not enjoying school and I don't want to go anymore.

Making the statement: I don't want to go to school anymore. Is stating that you no longer want to attend school anymore in the future. Using a statement like: I feel like I am not enjoying school, is a good way to express that you aren't enjoying school/having a good time going to school.
