A great way of asking permission to do something is to start:
"Is it OK if ....?"
An alternative way is to check if the other person has any objection to you doing something by starting:
"Do you mind if...?"
何かをするための許可を求める際のすばらしい方法は"Is it OK if...?"(...をしても良いですか？)と文を始めることです。

If you would like to record any of your English lessons with your teachers, you can simply ask their permission to tape your conversation. If you want to be incredibly polite, you may simply ask their permission by using the second sentence suggestion. If you want to be informal, you could say, "Is it a problem if I tape the class?".
先生のレッスンを録音したいときは、会話を録音してもいいかシンプルに許可をとるといいでしょう。とても丁寧な表現を使いたいのなら、二番目の例がいいでしょう。かしこまった表現をしたくなければ、
"Is it a problem if I tape the class?"
授業を録音しても大丈夫ですか？
と聞くといいでしょう。
