室温はそのまま直訳でroom temperatureと言います。

「室温の水」は「room temperature water」と言います。冷蔵庫に入っていたり、やかん、鍋で温められていない、室温にされた水です。
Room temperature' describes the temperature of the water (how hot or cold it is).
Room temperature is set at 20 degrees Celsius.

When you want to talk about water that is room temperature, then you can say: water that is room temperature or tap water without ice. For example:
-I like tap water with no ice because I like my water at room temperature.

We would probably just refer to the temperature in the best way we can with, "room temperature," or talk about that it is, "tap water," which is water that comes directly from the fosset or sink.
