Can I have a glass or room temperature water?
Should I store this in the refrigerator or at room temperature?
Water that has not been made cold in a refrigerator or warmed up in a kettle or pan, and has been left to sit to become the same temperature as the room around it, is known as 'room temperature water'.
Room temperature' describes the temperature of the water (how hot or cold it is).
Room temperature is set at 20 degrees Celsius.
________________________________________________________________________________
It is incorrect to call it tap water, because tap water is not necessarily water at room temperature or 20 degrees Celsius.
________________________________________________________________________________
Example
A: What can I get you?
B: Room temperature water, please.
Room temperature'
Room temperature is set at 20 degrees Celsius.

A: What can I get you?
B: Room temperature water, please.
When you want to talk about water that is room temperature, then you can say: water that is room temperature or tap water without ice. For example:
-I like tap water with no ice because I like my water at room temperature.
「室温の水」は「water that is room temperature(室温の水)」または「tap water without ice(氷無しの水道水)」と言えます。
例:
-I like tap water with no ice because I like my water at room temperature.
We would probably just refer to the temperature in the best way we can with, "room temperature," or talk about that it is, "tap water," which is water that comes directly from the fosset or sink.
