右半身、左半身、上半身、下半身って英語でなんて言うの？

右半身＝right side of the body 左半身＝left side of the body 上半身＝upper body 下半身＝lower body He/She is paralyzed on the right side of the body because of an accident. （事故で右半身が麻痺している） After surgery, he/she was not supposed to lift his/her upper body off the bed. （術後は上半身を起こしてはいけなかった） 「上半身をベッドから持ち上げてはいけないとされていた」と訳してみました。
