上記の１番目は英語版の漫画から。でも、色々な言い方がありますので、もう二つ自分で書きました。
１番目の「bearing」とは「効果」とか「関係」とか。
２番目の「In terms of」とは「という観点では」という意味。
３番目の「how much time」は、質問ではありません！気をつけてください。質問だったら、「How much time have you spent together?」と書きますね。「How much time YOU HAVE spent together」とは、「一緒にいた時間」「どのくらいの時間を一緒に過ごしたか」という意味です。語順が大切ですね！

「関係がない」はhave nothing to do withです。 つき合った時間、は共に過ごした時間、time spent togetherと考えます。
(2)は「友情は共に過ごした時間のことではない」の意です。
(3)は「友情はお互いを知ってどれくらいの時間（が経った）ということではない」の意です。how longは「どれほどの(時間的な)長さ」、から「どれくらいの時間」、という意味になります。
