おたまでボールをすくうって英語でなんて言うの？

海外では、a baby showerと言って、奥様が妊娠したり、実際にお子さんが生まれた時にお祝いをしますが、それをbaby showerと言います。

その時にゲームをするのですが、それがcotton ball scoopと言います。
