“would it be alright” は “○○○しても大丈夫ですか?” 三個目は “do you mind if...” 同時に、これらの例文の後に、 ”It's freezing outside” (外はめちゃくちゃ寒いので・・・)、とか、 “I'm a bit early” (早く来過ぎちゃった)、又は “I'm meeting a friend here and I'm early” (ここで友達と待ち合わせしていてちょっと早く来たので・・・)という補足説明すれば、ほぼ完ぺきですねっ!!

「① Is it possible to wait inside? It's freezing out here.」

All these questions serve the purpose of asking to come inside to wait. According to some psychological studies using the word 'because' and giving a reason when requesting a favor from someone makes it more likely that they will say yes.

"could I please" asks politely. "Wait Inside" asks to stand inside. "Would it be okay/alright" asks if it is ok or if it is aloud. "If I waiting inside" means to stand inside.
「Would it be okay/alright」はそこにいていいか尋ねる表現です。

Do you mind if I wait inside for a moment? - You can use this if you are waiting for a taxi, friend, colleague etc. Is it ok if I wait here please? - assuming that you are waiting for something to happen (taxi, meeting, etc) In both cases I think its best to start a conversation on topic e.g coffee shop - have a coffee. Clothes shop - browse through whats on offer. Hotel - look around first then say "Do you mind if I wait here for a moment?"
Do you mind if I wait inside for a moment? Is it ok if I wait here please? -あなたが何かが起こるのを待っている(タクシー、会議など) In both cases I think its best to start a conversation on topic e.g coffee shop - - 提供しているものを閲覧するなど、それらについて話し始めることが最善の策だと私と思います。 Do you mind if I wait here for a moment?"

This is a polite way to ask if it is possible to wait inside. Adding the word "please" is a good way to make your request sound polite.

In such a situation, you can ask any of the following questions:- 1. Is it possible for us to wait inside? The word "possible" means "able to be done." 2. Can we wait inside? It's freezing out here. This is a direct question, asking to wait inside because of the freezing weather. 3. Would you mind if we wait inside? The expression "would you mind"is a good way of politely asking for something that isn't too much.
1.Is it possible for us to wait inside? この""possible""とは、""able to be done""(可能な事)という意味です。 2.Can we wait inside? It's freezing out here. 3.Would you mind if we wait inside?

The second one is a more suitable way to ask the questions due to the word "would" which automatically makes it a polite questions, although, nothing wrong with the first question and you obviously can use it too.
