Would you like to open an English Language School with me.
相手に何か招待するときや、依頼するときは英語で、'Would you'を使うのが’丁寧な言い方となります。
例えば、
Would you like to have a cup of coffee with me：一緒にコーヒー飲みにいきませんか
Would you like to join us for dinner tonight：今夜一緒に夕食をしませんか
Would you be interested in starting an English conversation school with me?
この場合、次のような言い方ができますよ。
ーWould you be interested in starting an English conversation school with me?
「私と英会話学校を始めることに興味がありますか？」
Would you be interested in starting ...? の代わりに次の言い方でも始められます。
ーHow do you feel about starting ...?
ーWhat do you think about starting ...?
「（私と一緒に英会話学校を）始めることどう思う？」
