「～の元で」って英語でなんて言うの？

例えば：
明るいライトの元で働く：work under bright lights
祖父母の元で成長する：grow up with one's grandparents

現行条例の元ではunder the current circumstances
以上は「の元で」の例文です。ときどき「の元で」は　’under the guidance'という意味としても使えます。
