なんて言えばいいのかわからないって英語でなんて言うの？

オンライン英会話で質問をされて、答えたくても「英語でなんて言えばいいのかわからない・・・」と、口ごもってしまうことがよくあります。
そういう時に使えるフレーズはありますか？

「（英語で）なんて言えばいいのかわからない」
「言葉が出てこない」

のようなフレーズがあると助かります。
