まずは直訳から最初の例文。ストレートで短いですが、ポイントは伝わると思います。
次に“雪”で大変、という気持ちを少し入れた表現。“all this snow”（これらの雪で）。
ポイントは、“○○のために”という時に必ずしも“because”を使わなくとも“from”（○○から、○○の原因で）という言い方もできるということですね。
最後の例は間接的な表現。“I don’t think”（○○ではないと思う）に、
“make it”（○○○できる）、
“on time”（時間通り）
で“because of snow”（雪が原因で）、を付ければ同じ意味。
一方では英語の場合はなるべく間接的な表現を使う方がいちいちニュアンスが柔らかい、より相手に聞き入れやすい表現となります。焦って、急いでない時、また感情的にも余裕がある時はこの最後の例の方がいいと思います。

表現できるようにしてみませんか？
例えば、雪で「電車／バスが遅れている」のであれば

のように言うことができますね。

due to ...「…が原因で」は、because of ...のよりフォーマルな言い方です。
また、I'm (very) sorry, but ...「すみませんが…」を前に付けるとより丁寧で、ビジネスライクな言い方になるので、おすすめです。

Snowfall = snow that has fallen
Snowed in = snow has fallen and I cannot leave or move from this area because of the heavy snow.
雪が降っているという事実を説明するだけで十分ですが、好きなだけ詳細を追加することもできます。
snowfall=降雪、降雪量
Snowed in =雪のせいで身動き取れなくなること。
