You wrote a word in a sentence but it seems that perhaps it is not the correct place - or maybe there is a better position or a more normal position for this word. You seek confirmation by the teacher and so may ask: "Is 'who' in the correct place?" or,
"Did I write 'who' in the correct position?"
文章を書いて、ある言葉が正しい場所にないように感じたり、もっと他にいい位置があったりするように感じることがありますよね。先生に確認するときには以下のように聞くことができます。
"Is 'who' in the correct place?"
whoは正しい場所にありますか?
"Did I write 'who' in the correct position?"
whoを正しい位置に書いてありますか?

▪ Is my word order correct?

When you are not sure if you are doing something right then you might ask someone if it 'correct' or 'right'
When talking about the order or places of words this means where they go in a sentence
If you want to ask your teacher if you put a specific word in th right place then you can use sentence 1 or 2. If you wanted to ask if there are any mistakes in the word order at all, you could use sentence three. You could also swap "sentence structure" for "word order".
To find out whether you have written a sentence correctly in English you can simply ask, 'Does this sentence make sense?' or 'Is this sentence correct'. That will generally ask your teacher if the sentence is grammatically correct and structured correctly with the correct words in the correct order.
To be more specific, as you use the example of needing the word 'who' in the correct place, you can ask about this specifically. This is shown in the other two examples. The words 'correct' and 'right' mean the same thing, so you can use either to ask your question. You could also turn the sentence around slightly and ask, 'did I use the word 'who' correctly?'.
